SCHOOL RETOOL

For two years, I spearheaded the collaboration between the Jacobs Institute and the Stanford d.School K-12 Lab's School Retool program, which leveraged Design Thinking to support school leaders in developing small hacks to shift the culture and learning in their school environments.  During this time, I also served as an apprentice coach, directly facilitating the learning activities in partnership with d.School coaches.
