RISE UPP

The RISE Urban Principal Pipeline is a partnership between the University of San Diego, the San Diego County Office of Education, and RISE San Diego focused on developing equity-oriented urban leaders of color to serve in San Diego area schools. As one of the four core faculty, I am responsible for collaboratively designing, planning, and facilitating our two-week summer intensive as well as Saturday workshops throughout the year. I also directly coach and mentor fellows through their Leadership Equity Action Project.
